Visiting the Crash Site

The crash site was taped off until Friday night. Around 7 or so Friday evening we were permitted to go and look at the site. All that was left was mostly ash.  They had cleared the plane out as well as the bodies.  This was very hard for me as it is very difficult not knowing where Jamie lay and the position of his body.  After the investigation was over and every thing had been gathered up, we were left to sift thru ash.  That's all that was left.
